I was raised on the coast of Southern Oregon surrounded by wild rivers and redwood forests an experience that taught me to honor natures gifts and serenity from an early age.
My path has led me to study many forms and styles of bodywork and holistic health these include traditional Swedish and Deep tissue massage, Zen Shiatsu Acupressure, Whole Foods Nutrition, Aromatherapy, and Ayurveda Massage. Aquacranial ® Therapy has brought me to new levels of love and respect for the healing power of the ocean and its creatures by allowing me to train in the deep blue working alongside free and wild bottlenose dolphins, humpback whales, green sea turtles and manta rays. All of my studies have assisted me in cultivating a wide range of tools and techniques I am honored to share with others.
My global travels through Hawaii, India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tonga, New Zealand the Bahamas and Virgin Islands have truly served to deepen my beliefs in natural therapies. The people, landscapes and animals I have encountered along the way have acted as my best teachers.
It is my belief that the more people return to nature for reflection, exercise and healing therapies, the more their energy can be balanced and true healing experiences can be created.
